I began working at North Lamar in 1992 as an Assistant at Everett Elementary. I have enjoyed working at North Lamar for 29 years. I have taught all subjects, but am currently teaching Social Studies for all 5^th grade students. United States history is one of my favorite subjects to teach. I love telling my students about the country we live in and all the states I have traveled through.

I began my teaching career at North Lamar. I have always enjoyed helping children. I taught Sunday school when I was thirteen and loved teaching.
