I began teaching at North Lamar in 2004.

Currently I am a Reading Interventionist for 4^th and 5^th grade.

Prior to coming to teach at North Lamar, I taught in Cooper, Texas.

I am married and have one son and daughter in law.  I also have a stepdaughter, along with her wonderful family.  My son Kyler is a Paris firefighter and cowboy and his Ryleigh is finishing her last semester of RN school.  

My pets include my favorite horse Summer and a sweet dog named Kate.  We have horses and cows on our small ranch in Lamar County.

My hobbies include riding my horse.  I also love to work in my yard. As a family we love to ride our Ranger.
